Proving that modern board and card games are an important part of a healthy, active lifestyle.
Ticket To Ride (of course!), Dragonheart this morning with my mother (she loved it), 7 Wonders and Dixit with friends this afternoon, and looking forward to an evening of Tichu tonight. Oh, and Bridge night on Tuesday with Dad at the Seniors' Centre. We suffered an evening of devastating losses. I think I need to play more that once every 6 months....
I can't bring many games with me and I don't know how many people will participate, but I'm condensing these games into a tight box: Dixit, 7 Wonders, Ghost Stories, Vinhos, Glen More, The Resistance and Hansa Teutonica. I may take Constantinopolis with me just to learn the rules when I need something to do. Should be a fun visit.
I'm hoping to play Monopoly with my little bro!!!
So far, at my sister's place, Pandemic, Small World, Guillotine, Say Anything, and Dixit.
@Laura: You'll play nothing... NOTHING!!!@Jacob: Yeah, 7 Wonders and Dixit got really small once I took away the boxes and put then in ziploc bags.
Qwirkle! Which is great!
Blokus! Another great game. I think Qwirkle and Blokus prove that there are still some lovely little games being made and produced in North America...
Hey, I have Quirkle and Blokus!!! What a weird coincidence... Played FITS last night. It was great because two Bro In-laws got copies for Christmas so we cracked 'em both open and played more than 4 players. Never tire of that one! :) Didn't play WIZARD, but that'd be my recommendation for a nice family card game (not for children, though, so it's an after bedtime one).
Actually kids love Wizard :)
