Great article on teaching games...

Chris Norwood at GamerChris just posted a great article on how to teach games. Really worth checking out if you're the one who always seems to be doing the rules explanations.

    a friend is trying to lure me into learning how to play Magic since i love the pictures and am, in fact, a terrible nerd when you get to the crux of my soul.
    the thing is that i'm BRAINDEAD when it comes to grasping new things like strategy games. I feel like Homer Simpson working a blackjack table and not *getting* it:
    "Uh, let's see: eighteen, twenty-seven, thirty-five...Dealer busts!"
    i'll keep you posted if i manage to figure this stuff out:P
